Step 1: Go to Candy.ai

Visit the Candy AI website.
Log in with your account credentials.

Step 2: Navigate to The Profile Settings

Find and click on My Profile at the top right corner.
Select Settings from the menu.

Scroll all the way down until you see Change Plan.
Choose Cancel Subscription to proceed with the cancellation.

If it shows (canceled) between brackets your plan is offciicaly canceled.

Your Candy AI subscription will end when the next billing period is due which is either monthly or annually.

You still have full access to all the features until then so be sure to use all your tokens. If your not sure what tokens are used for, read our guide by clicking the link.

Step 3: Contact Support (Optional)

If for some reason you are not able to Candy AI, it’s wise to contact support. According to Candy AI’s terms of service, you can even get a refund if you cannot cancel due to technical reasons.¹
