Hey guys, Sean Russell here and I just want to say a few things. I know I disappeared for the last 6 years. It’s been a wild journey.
I actually had some problems with my nervous system, to the point where I couldn’t even speak for a year or more. But I have healed myself back to being able to run Menprovement again, and I have learned so much over this time. I am excited to share it all with you, but for now enjoy our collection of free eBooks that we created over the years.
