3 Insider Secrets That YouTube “Fitness Gurus” Aren’t Telling You

I usually don’t talk about this kind of thing…but there’s something I absolutely just have to tell you. Trust me, I wouldn’t be writing you about this if it wasn’t damn good. So, give me 20 seconds of your time and I might change your life forever. Okay, here goes…

My name is Jon Anthony, and I’ve been on the “inside” of the fitness modeling community for about 5 years now… and did you know that they’re keeping secrets from you?

That’s right. Some of the biggest, most popular names in fitness are straight up LYING to your face. Those same guys that are selling you courses for $67 a pop? They’re keeping some MAJOR secrets from you… and I’m about to expose them all.
Over the past 5 years, I’ve gone from broke, college dropout, to successful fitness model and internet marketer, and I’ve learned a few things along the way. So, without further ado, here are the top 3 insider secrets that are being kept from you.

1. SARMs & Steroids

Have you ever seen those shredded fitness models? You know, the ones who have millions of subscribers on YouTube and claim that their secret is something simple like “intermittent fasting” or just following a “ketosis diet”? Yeah, those.

Well, guess what… they’re on chemical enhancement, and they’re just not telling you. Yup. That’s right – there it is. I said it.

Whether you realize it or not, 99% of “natural fitness models” are anything, but. They lie to your face, and sell you false hopes and promises, cashing out on your drive and motivation to look like they do…and they’re laughing behind your back.

Most of them are on either steroids or SARMs. That’s just a fact.

Steroids are difficult to obtain and are illegal to even possess, so I won’t even begin to cover that here… but there’s something that, in my opinion, is even better than steroids.

They’re called “SARMs” – short for “Selective Androgen Receptor Modulators.” They’re powerful enough to help you pack on as much muscle and strength as steroids, but with none of the side effects. Yeah, you heard me right.

Without going into too much detail here, 99% of these “fitness models” are on SARMs because they’re easy to take, impossible to detect, and best of all, work like a charm.

In fact, I’d heard about these for years but didn’t decide to try them until recently (see my SARMs before and after pictures for proof). Trust me, they work.

The most common cycle is Ostarine, Ligandrol, and Cardarine, because not only does it pack on slabs of lean, dense muscle, but it also melts away fat like butter.

“How isn’t there any side effects though, Jon? I don’t understand…” I can hear someone ask. Well, without going too deep here, basically SARMs selectively bind to androgen receptors.

In other words, they bind to the receptors in your body which signal it to “grow muscle” and “burn fat” but DON’T binds to the receptors that often cause negative side effects.

Steroids just bind to any and all androgen receptors, which is why they can be dangerous if not used properly. With SARMs however, they selectively ignore the receptors that will end up giving you side effects and really focus on the receptors that signal your body to grow.

If you’re looking for more information on SARMs, I suggest you check out either the SARMs Subreddit or my Ultimate Guide to SARMs, both of which cover all aspects of this new and fascinating emergence in the bodybuilding community.

2. Adderall, Modafinil, and the ECA Stack

If you’re a regular reader of Menprovement, you know the power of nootropics. With just the single pop of a pill, you can light your brain up like a Christmas tree, and have laser focus for hours on end.

…and while you may think your favorite “natural fitness models” wouldn’t dare indulge in such degeneracy, believe me when I tell you that they do.

Most fitness models and “muscle building gurus” are on ample amounts of stimulants, particularly cocaine. Why? Well, because they do two things:

  1.   They suppress your appetite
  2.   They give you energy to workout

It’s not uncommon for even professional bodybuilders to take cocaine before lifting, to give them the edge they want, and then to suppress hunger later.

…and while I can’t advocate you take cocaine, there is a legal alternative: the ECA stack. Combining ephedrine, caffeine, and aspirin, otherwise known as the “ECA stack” is a potent and powerful way to blast through your workouts, shred fat, and give you laser focus.

The ECA stack contains three powerful ingredients, which when combined, stimulate the production of norepinephrine and circulate it through the adipose tissue by increasing cAMP levels. In other words, it’s fucking STRONG.

In fact, here’s what Live Strong has to say on it:

“Ephedrine, aspirin, and caffeine are the ingredients of a popular diet pill used widely in the 1990s. Common abbreviations for this combination are ECA or ECA stack. The FDA banned the use of ephedrine alkaloids as an ingredient in dietary supplements in 2004. This includes products with ma huang and other herbs with plant-derived ephedra. A related drug, pseudoephedrine, is now also regulated in most states.”

In other words, the FDA caught on to what the supplement industry was doing and straight-up banned it. But do you think that’s stopping your favorite fitness YouTubers? Of course not.

The ECA stack is typically split into three doses per day, with each dose consisting of:

  •         25mg Ephedrine (one tablet of Bronkaid)
  •         200mg Caffeine (one caffeine pill)
  •         81mg Aspirin (one baby aspirin)

Bronkaid is typically sold “under the counter” as a remedy for asthma, but lucky for you, it contains the ingredient ephedrine, which is a major component of the ECA stack.

If you’re sensitive to stimulants, it’s recommended you start off with only one dose per day, because even that is enough to send your focus and energy through the roof.

Another secret that these fitness models are keeping from you is their use of other stimulants and nootropics, such as Adderall and Modafinil. In fact, from my experience, I’d say that at LEAST half of the fitness gurus online have a prescription to just Adderall alone.

…and while Adderall is extremely powerful, Modafinil is also a powerful drug as well. So, what’s the difference? Which is better? What’s the verdict for the battle of Adderall vs. Modafinil?

Well, the truth is it depends on what you’re doing. Adderall will definitely give you more physical energy in my experience. It’s great for short bursts of energy (4-5 hours) and can help you really focus on something that is relatively easy to do (cleaning, organizing, etc.).

Modafinil, however, tends to have more of a “mental” and “mind-expanding” effect. In fact, when I first learned How to Get A Prescription to Modafinil back when I was a kid, I was kind of shocked that I’d never heard about it before.

Needless to say, it completely changed my life – and you can bet your ass that tons of high-performing executives and powerful athletes alike are both taking modafinil for that surge of mental energy and laser-like focus it gives you. Trust me, I know.

3. The “PHAT” Workout Routine

This one’s not as exciting as the former two secrets, but believe me, it’s probably the most important. Most of these fitness gurus get away with telling you that they have some secret, incredible, ground-breaking routine that gets them their results.

…and you too can gain access to this routine, if only you’re willing to give them three easy payments of $99.95! Unfortunately, this is complete and utter bullshit.

Most fitness gurus sell complete garbage routines that they don’t even use because they don’t want the competition.
In fact, I’ve purchased pretty much every one of my competitors’ routines, and here’s what it is in a nutshell: 150 pages of absolutely unsubstantiated filler, and a one-page workout routine that isn’t even good, that they probably don’t even use.

They don’t cover nutrition, they don’t cover supplements, and they don’t cover the no-BS secrets that they’re using to get ahead. No, no, no – you have to pay extra for that.

Fortunately, there’s an easy solution to all of your workout questions, and it can be solved within a single, well-researched word: PHAT. PHAT stands for Power Hypertrophy Adaptive Training, and it’s by far been the single biggest boon to my fitness life in the past decade.

Believe me, I’ve tried everything…

Starting Strength, Stronglifts, the Daniel Craig Workout… in fact, I was even duped into buying a certain fitness YouTuber’s workout routine, which I can assure you, did not work.

When it really comes down to it, there’s only one real workout routine that stands above the rest, and it’s based on the principle of combining powerlifting with hypertrophy.

Think about it. When you just train for power, you get big and bulky and have no V-Taper. You don’t have that superman look that women go crazy over.

…and yet when you just train for mass, you lift lots of really lightweight for TONS of reps, and you don’t get any stronger.
But if you could find out a way to do both? Well, then you’d get the best of both worlds. You’d gain a physique that’s capable of wrestling a bull to the ground, and also getting stares from hot babes at the beach. What more could a man ask for?

Gentlemen, let me introduce to you the framework for a PHAT-based workout:

  •         Day 1: Upper Body Power
  •         Day 2: Lower Body Power
  •         Day 3: Rest
  •         Day 4: Back and Shoulders Hypertrophy
  •         Day 5: Legs Hypertrophy
  •         Day 6: Chest and Arms Hypertrophy
  •         Day 7: Rest

That’s it. One week’s worth of a revolving workout, where you lift heavy as shit for two days a week, and train for mass the other three days that week. It’s incredibly simple, but I promise you it will work better than any other paid routine out there.

Dr. Layne Norton was the first to introduce this concept of PHAT, but since then, dozens of other workout routines based around the principle have popped up.

So, if you’re looking for a way to blast past your plateaus, gain tons of strength, and gain enough muscle to have babes to spare, then look no further than the PHAT routine outlined above.

While there’s plenty more secrets I could share with you from the insider world of selling fitness products online, these are perhaps, the most powerful and heavily guarded of them all.

If some of those bigger fitness YouTubers out there knew I was talking about this stuff, they wouldn’t be happy… but let’s be real, nobody cares about them anyway.

At the end of the day it’s all about YOU, and what you can attain with your own life. And believe me, even though some of these secrets aren’t very well known, if you start using them to your own advantage you’ll see incredible gains you only thought possible with steroids.

As always, be sure to consult with a medical professional before you do decide to use any of these tricks and tactics, and be sure to stay safe. I hope that you guys enjoyed the article, and be sure to bookmark this site for more, high quality, no-BS advice from yours truly.
