AT A GLANCE

Menprovement is seeking a skilled Web Developer to work on MenprovementX, our streaming platform dedicated to men’s self-improvement, with a strong focus on dating and relationships. This is your chance to contribute to a service that offers dozens of courses designed to help men excel in their personal lives. You’ll maintain the platform, fix any bugs, and roll out cool new features.

Where You'll Be

This position is fully remote, allowing you the freedom to work from wherever you please. We believe in letting our team work where they are most comfortable to encourage creativity and productivity.

What You'll Do

Keep MenprovementX running smoothly and looking sharp.
Tackle any bugs that pop up and troubleshoot user issues to keep everything running smoothly.
Develop and implement new features that enhance user experience and engagement.
Think creatively to propose new ideas for platform enhancements—your input will be highly valued!
Collaborate with the rest of the team to align development with the overall business strategy.
Stay updated with the latest in web technology to make sure our platform stays ahead of the curve.

What We're Looking For

Proven experience in web development with a solid portfolio of projects.
Proficiency in key web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
Experience with web frameworks and content management systems.
A knack for problem-solving and debugging.
Great communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
Interest in self-improvement and particularly in dating and relationship topics is a plus.
Self-motivated and able to manage time effectively, especially in a remote setting.
